Profiling

Since 2004 Kelman Engineering has invested heavily in the latest CNC Profile Cutting Machines and software to rapidly build up our Profile Cutting Department.

We have built up and trained a dedicated team from Sales to Dispatch who understand the importance of meeting our Customer’s demands.

We carry a large stock of Steel Plate which allows us to specialise in Fast Track Profiled Parts delivered to our Customer, who in turn have to meet their own Customer’s demands.

We have the following Profile Cutting Capacity available:

• MAX PLATE AREA - 12M x 3M
• MIN/MAX PLATE THK – 1mm TO 200mm
• STOCK STEEL PLATE FROM - 1mm TO 130mm
• STRUCTURAL GRADES - S275, S355 J2 + N
• OTHER GRADES & MATERIALS ON REQUEST
• FULL TRACEABILITY WITH MILL CERTIFICATES
• CAD/CAM WITH DXF & DWG IMPORT
• LATEST CNC HIGH DEFINITION MACHINES

Plate Bending

Kelman Engineering has been providing a plate forming service since 2002. Starting with machines for sheet metal we have built up our knowledge and machines.

In 2009 we installed our fourth generation Press Brake to improve the service we can offer our Customers.

Our latest machine is a 250 Tonne x 4 meter Long CNC Press Brake that can be programmed by our Skilled Operators with all programs stored in a library for repeat work.

We have the following Plate Bending Capacity available:
